How often is there a new box with new content?
The loot box is released every month: You can order the current themes until the end of the month, and the corresponding box will be shipped the following month.
When is the loot box shipped?
The shipping of the loot box always takes place in the month following the order.
We ship in several batches always between the 8th and the 15th of a month or the next business day (Mon. - Fri.). So you should receive your delivery a few days after the 15th at the latest, usually even earlier!
What is the loot box upgrade?
If you order the upgrade, you will receive 1-3 additional items worth at least 30€! These items are always themed, which is announced in advance.
You can order the upgrade directly with your loot box or add or cancel it at any time in your customer account with a subscription - completely independent of the loot box.
Is there a T-shirt in every box?
In almost every box there is a T-shirt: However, once a year we release a box without a T-shirt. Instead, there are, of course, more cool other items. We usually implement this in the August box.
If I take out a subscription: When and how can I cancel?
The most important thing first: There are no fixed terms!
You can cancel any subscription with us at the end of a month: You will then not receive a box the following month. You can easily make the cancellation online in your customer account with a few clicks.
Or you can send an informal email to support@getdigital.de with your name and desired cancellation date.
You see: We really try not to use any nasty tricks, you can opt-out anytime easily.
Is there a risk of having duplicate items when buying multiple loot boxes?
The content of the box changes every month, but within a month, all boxes have (almost) the same content.
Of course, we guarantee that no box contains an item that has already appeared in a loot box in previous months.
Can I order a loot box from abroad?
Within the EU, you can simply order as usual. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us briefly at support@getdigital.de and we will change it.
Outside the EU, shipping is unfortunately not possible: The customs declaration for the boxes is unfortunately not feasible.
Can I specify a parcel station as the address?
Since the boxes are shipped with DHL, this is 99% not a problem. However, it may happen that a box is very large: Therefore, we cannot 100% guarantee that delivery will always work.
Since I live nearby, I would like to pick up the items.
Please understand that in order to keep the price as low as possible, we must keep the workload as low as possible.
We have service providers who partially take over packing or shipping for us. This means that we cannot pick out individual packages from the batch and set them aside for pickup.
What if I move before the box is shipped?
Please send an email to support@getdigital.de and we will change the address for you.
What if I don't like individual items in the loot box?
The loot box is a surprise box. We have put it together so that there is something for everyone interested in fantasy, science fiction, superheroes, comics, computer games, series, cinema, or other pop culture topics. But you never know exactly what it is - that's part of the product.
Of course, you can revoke the box up to 14 days after receiving your first box and return it as a whole, but you cannot return individual items within it.
And what about defective items?
If there are any problems, for example, if a gadget is defective, please write us an email at support@getdigital.de.
You will then receive an immediate response from us and also a replacement!
What happens if I order a loot box and other items in the shop?
You will receive two deliveries: The additional items are delivered immediately, and the loot box in the next month. Unfortunately, we cannot do it differently due to our warehouse processes: The boxes are all packed together, and adding individual items would make the process significantly less efficient and therefore more expensive.
Where can I find the management of my subscription?
You will receive an email with a direct link to the management when you subscribe.
If you can no longer find the email, you can also simply use the link in your customer account: Click "Log in" in the navigation of our shop if you already have an account. If you don't have an account, create one using the same link: Just use the same email address to create the account as you did for your subscription order.
