Your Right to Exchange and Return

By law, you can return orders from online shops within 14 days. But we go further: we believe our products are so great that we want to give you the opportunity to take your time and check whether you like an item. That's why you have a full month to return an order or parts of it.

Additionally, we cover all return shipping costs if you use the DHL label we provide, the return is sent from Germany, and you use our return form linked below.

By the way, we process returns just as quickly as orders: once a return arrives with us, you can expect a response within 2 business days, and if there are no questions, we'll ship the replacement item or initiate the refund right away.
