The loot upgrade

The Epic Loot Box is already a great surprise every month. But if that's not enough for you, you can also book an upgrade of 1-3 items for 9.95€-14.95€ each month. Each upgrade is worth at least twice as much as you pay for it. You will always know the theme of the upgrade in advance and can cancel it independently of the loot box at any time!

How to order the loot box upgrade

Currently, there are still 3 different ways to get your upgrade.
These depend on whether you

a) currently do not receive a loot box and want to make a NEW ORDER with an upgrade
b) after 10.07.2024 - so on our "new" homepage, have completed a CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION and now want to order or cancel an upgrade
c) or have completed a SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE 10.07.2024 on our "old" homepage and now want to order or cancel an upgrade.

Select one of the options and find out exactly what to do:

TO THE LOOTBOX

Go to the Lootbox page and choose a one-time box or a monthly subscription.

Important: You can also cancel the subscription monthly!

CHOOSE OPTIONS

Select shape & size for your shirt. Then choose the "with upgrade" option.
Next, click on "Add to cart""

ORDER THE BOX

Complete the ordering process.
On the 15th of the next month you will receive the box along with the upgrade.

If you subscribed after 07/10/24, you have received an email with a link to manage the box.

Customer Account

If you don't have a customer account with us yet, you need to create one. Use the same email address as when ordering the Lootbox.
Afterwards, you will see all your Lootboxes.

Change Upgrade

Click on "Your Box" on "Edit" and then on "Add Item".

Now you can choose & add your shirt size with upgrade from a long list. Then remove the old/wrong item.

Save

After you have selected and removed everything, you must click on "Save" to confirm your selection.

This is also how you can cancel upgrades or order additional shirts.

All Lootbox subscriptions that were completed before 07/10/24 can be edited in our classic Lootbox management.

You must log in there with the email address and password you created for the subscription. There you can book or cancel the upgrades.

IMPORTANT: The login you used for the subscription may not be the same one you use in our current shop!
