Once you place your order, we usually hand over available items to the delivery service within 1-3 days. From this point, delivery within Germany usually only takes 1-2 business days.

For most products, you also have the option to order via express: Then you usually receive the goods the next business day!

Yes, from an order value of 75 € shipping within Germany and Austria is free. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to other countries.

Within Germany, we use DHL if you order with standard shipping. For express, your package is shipped with UPS.

If something does not meet your expectations, you can easily return the items within 30 days - and from Germany even free of charge.

You can register the return through our Return Center. There you will also get a free DHL label without waiting time!

Of course, we offer you a full 2-year warranty after purchase: If something is defective with your product during this period, you can simply contact us and we will repair or replace the product.
