With various upgrades to the software and hardware and the usual professional quality, the new and improved version of the 5Q keyboard, the Das Keyboard 5QS, is every nerd's dream.

As with its predecessor, the 5Q, each of the keys can be individually illuminated and programmed! An important e-mail? The red flashing M button will let you know. An important deadline is approaching? The dynamically illuminated F keys remind you how much time you have left! But you can also turn the 5QS into the ultimate information center for video games, coding, home automation, weather forecasts, share prices and more.

  • Using well-known standards such as IFTTT, Zapier and the open Rest API, an unprecedented level of customization can be achieved.

  • But the Das Keyboard 5QS also impresses with the highest quality beyond the software: the aluminum surface can withstand even the toughest environments and the "Gamma Zulu" switches with gold contacts ensure a consistently pleasant typing experience. The combination of a soft, tactile* typing feel, a short actuation travel of 1.5 mm and a service life designed for over 100 million keystrokes leaves nothing to be desired.

  • Of course, the keyboard also features full n-key rollover and anti-ghosting and can register up to 1000 keystrokes per second thanks to "Real-Time One Analog" technology.

  • The package is rounded off with a removable palm rest, a braided USB cable, multimedia keys and a multi-way volume control that can be used to open the Q app, which can be used to program the keys conveniently. Suitable applets can be conveniently selected and activated in the Q app using drag & drop.

    I have long been a fan of the Das Keyboard and its programmable nature. I use a few notification apps, mostly for system load and status.     How long does shipping take?

    Once you place your order, we usually hand over available items to the delivery service within 1-3 days. From this point, delivery within Germany usually only takes 1-2 business days.

    For most products, you also have the option to order via express: Then you usually receive the goods the next business day!

    Yes, from an order value of 75 € shipping within Germany and Austria is free. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to other countries.

    Within Germany, we use DHL if you order with standard shipping. For express, your package is shipped with UPS.
