The Walkie-Talkie Watch is the perfect gadget for geocacher, larper and other outdoor enthusiasts who want to stay in contact during their 'trips into the wild' using a geeky and free communication device.

The Walkie-Talkie Watch is not simply a normal watch, of course – it's also a radio transceiver. Being conveniently strapped to your wrist means that you always have both hands free, and you can be radioed at all times. When in stand-by mode, the watch displays the time, and at the simple touch of a button you can switch to walkie-talkie mode.

The Walkie-Talkie Watch comes as a set of two watches. The set also includes two pairs of headphones, just in case you don't want anyone around you to hear what your radio partner is saying. The headphones have a convenient clip for easy attaching to clothing.

The Walkie-Talkie Watch uses a PMR446 (Private Mobile Radio) frequency, which means that it does not require a license and is legal for use in Europe and the UK. There are 8 channels, so you can talk with one or more hand-held receivers on the same frequency.
