Encrypted USB Stick Short info:

It is of course a good idea to encrypt all your data - but most of the time we are too lazy for that because it often means a lot of hassle. Using this Encrypted USB Stick you can solve this problem because it makes it really easy to safely store your data:

The Encrypted USB Stick has a built-in keypad with 6 keys which can be used to enter your personal code. Only if this code is entered correctly, the data on the stick will be decrypted and you can use your computer to read the data stored on the stick as if it is a normal USB stick. As soon as you remove the stick from your computer, the data will be encrypted and can be read only if you enter your personal code again.

The data is really encrypted (with 256-bit AES) and the stick does not only block the access, which means that even disassembling the stick does not make it possible to read the data. Additionally, epoxy is used to protect the storage unit. This ensures that the data will physically destroyed as soon as someone opens the stick. The stick has 4GB storage space and you can access it using all modern operating systems (like Windows 98 or higher, Linux (> Kernel 2.4) and Mac OS X). The stick comes with a lanyard and it has a length of about 7.5cm. It is equipped with a protective cover for the USB plug.
