You ever wanted to have a little robot for your home? Of course, this is an absolute must have for a real geek. You can start with this one:

The Robot Kit enables you to build your own robot, which can move on its 6 wheels and can detect obstacles. To do this, it uses 3 IR emitting diodes and an IR receiving module. It then processes the information gathered with its built-in microprocessor to avoid any detected obstacles.

Please notice that the Robot Kit is a construction set. You have to solder the robot on your own, but you don't need any electronic knowledge, just a soldering iron is required. The kit comes with two different wheels so that variation is guaranteed.

You need 4 AAA batteries which are not included. Soldering the complete kit needs about 2 hours.
