You always wanted to know what has been written on your computer while you are away? You are admin and you want to know what your users are typing? There is a solution for your problem:
The Professional KeyGrabber is the ideal monitoring tool for keystrokes: Just plug it between keyboard and computer and it will store all keystrokes. Depending on which model you choose, the data can be retrieved in different ways. Here is a description of the differences between all the versions:
USB (with and without time keep): For USB keyboards. To retrieve the stored keys, you have to press a secret (and changeable) key combination. This turns the KeyGrabber into a USB mass storage device from which you can retrieve the stored keys in a textfile very fast (125 kB/s). The time keep version also stores the exact time when a key is pressed, for that a battery is included in the device, which lifetime is about 7 years.
PS/2 (with and without time keep): For PS/2 keyboards. You can retrieve the data with all text processing softwares by pressing a secret key combination on your keyboard. In order to speed up the downloading of logged keys, you can also use the included USB adaptor to connect the KeyGrabber to your USB port and download the data like in the USB version. Besides that, the time keep is the same as in the USB version.
USB and PS/2 WLAN: Besides the data retrieval possibilities of the normal versions, this version offers to retrieve the data with WLAN (WEP, WPA, WPA-2). It can send emails with the data or you can use the included software to download from any computer in the same network (only the software needs Windows XP or higher). The WLAN version has the time keep function included.
USB and PS/2 module: This version can be inserted into your keyboard which makes it nearly impossible to detect it. Retrieving the data works like in the normal versions, but there is no USB adaptor included in the PS/2 version.
Nearly all Professional KeyGrabbers store up to 2GB (more than 2 billion characters). Only the USB KeyGrabber without time keep and the modules can only store 4MB. You neither need any external power source nor additional software. You can use the KeyGrabber with any operating system (to retrieve its data, you need USB mass storage support (Mac OS 9 and newer, Linux kernel 2.4 and newer and Windows 98SE and newer)).
Another note: It is not allowed to use the KeyGrabber without the agreement of the person monitored. Please inform your victims before using the KeyGrabber.
Please notice: The USB version doesn't work with PS/2 keyboards and the PS/2 version does not work with USB keyboards.
