The Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard was developed for heavy computer users who have high expectations for their keyboards.
The keyboard fully satisfies any needs users may have and meets the highest standards of quality. It comes equipped with extremely durable switches, features N-key rollover, and is available in three different versions that suit different users individual styles. The keyboard connects to computers via USB or PS/2 ports.

The Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard's special characteristics include:

Mechanical switch technology
Most keyboards pick up keystroke signals through a single contact mat located below the keys. Unlike normal keyboards, the Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard has its own mechanical switch with gold contact for each key. According to Cherry, the manufacturers of the key switches, each switch can handle over 50 million keystrokes. Besides being extremely durable, the switches allow for faster typing and have a very unique feel.
When pressed, each switch travels downward for 4mm. At 2mm, the switch hits the actuating point, where the keystroke is recognized and transformed into a signal. Travel trajectories and actuating points can be designed in different ways, producing extremely different typing feels. The Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard is available in three different versions, which make use of three types of built-in color-coded switches that cater to users' unique keyboarding styles:

Black Switches
Keyboards with black switches provide constant back-pressure throughout the entire keypress, minimizing the possibility of pressing neighbouring keys by accident. This property makes the Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard with Black Switches best suited to rapid gaming and other similar uses. Of course, users of black switch keyboards will need some power in their fingers. The Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboard with Black Switches is recognizable by the red LEDs located above its number pad.

Brown Switches
Keyboards with brown switches have keys that are more easily pressed, as brown switches have only a singular point of back-pressure in front of the actuation point. For this reason brown switch keyboards are suited best to rapid typing.

Blue Switches
Blue switch keyboards can also be actuated with little force. Unlike keyboards with brown switches, the keys not only offer back-pressure but make a clicking sound when their actuation point is reached. These keyboards offer a feeling similar to that of typing on the legendary IBM Model M.

The Ninja Brown Switches DE version comes with front printed keycaps: You will never experience fading letters again.

And the Tenkeyless Brown Switches DE is for those with a small desk only. This version comes without a numeric keypad. Therefor, it is 9cm shorter than the average model.

N-key Rollover
All Filco Majestouch Pro Keyboards allow for N-key rollover, meaning that when different keys are pressed simultaneously each individual keystroke is recognized correctly. This feature is especially important for computer gaming and eliminates the risk of blocking or ghosting. If you connect the keyboard via USB, 6 normal and 4 additional keystrokes (shift, ctrl, etc.) can be transmitted at once. Full N-key rollover is available when PS/2 connections are used.

All versions are available with US layout (104 keys, QWERTY). The ones with brown and blue switches can also be ordered with German layout (105 keys, QWERTZ).
