The Bike Messenger is a small device equipped with LEDs. If you mount it between the spokes of your bike, it will display floating messages on the wheel of your bike if you ride faster than 6 km/h ( = 3,7mph). It can display its 6 built-in messages, the current velocity (in mph or km/h) or even one of the 4 user-customizable messages with up to 13 characters each. The floating message is generated using the following technique: While the device is moving, it's LED light up according to it's current position. The eye is slower than the LEDs and this leads to a constantly displayed message.

Here are the technical details: The Bike Messenger needs a CR2032 battery, which is included. It's safe to use it during rain and it can be used on bikes from 24 to 28 inch. It has the following size: 12x7,3x3,5cm. The best way to enjoy the bike messenger is when it is dark outside. During daylight the LEDs may not be visible. Here are some examples of the built-in messages: "I LOVE YOU", "FOLLOW ME" and "BE CAREFUL".
