(possible everywhere)After your order, you transfer the payable amount to our bank account. As soon as the amount has been cashed, we will immediately ship your order. Please be sure to use the 'reason for transfer' which will be displayed at the end of the order process and which is included in the confirmation-mail to your order.

(only possible in Germany)You give us your bank account details and we debit the payable amount from your account. After that, we immediately ship your order. Besides C.O.D., this is the fastest way to receive your ordered items. We debit the amount right before we ship the goods.
Please notice that we have to limit the total amount of orders payed by debit entry to 100 EUR. Additionally, we may request information about you from a credit check company and if this information is negative, we may refuse your order. You will of course be notified about this and you can then change your payment method.

Invoice payment is only possible in Germany so far, but we are working hard to offer it for other countries, too.
--> C.O.D.
(possible in some european countrys)If you choose C.O.D., you will have to pay your mailman when he delivers your order. Unfortunately, the postal services charge rather high fees for this, so your total shipping costs are somewhat higher. Cash on Delivery is not possible in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Japan, Iceland, Israel, Malta, Russia, USA or Turkey.
Please notice that for shipments to Germany an additional fee of 2 EUR is claimed directly by the shipping service. This only applies for orders shipped to Germany.

If you choose credit card payment we will debit the amount directly from your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We charge the amount right before we ship the goods and only authorize it before (this means that the amount will be blocked during the credit card check of your order). Please notice that the transaction will state as "Stern + Schatz GbR" (our company name) on your credit card.
Please also notice that we have to limit the total amount of orders payed by credit card to 400 EUR. Additionally, we may refuse your credit card if our automatic fraud detection system detects a high risk. You will of course be notified in this case immediately and you can then change your payment method. Because of repeated credit card scams from the countries Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, we cannot accept credit card payments for orders from these countries anymore.

If you choose Paypal as your payment method, you have to process the payment at the end of the order process. You will find a button on the last order page which forwards you to the Paypal homepage where you can easily finish the payment. If you don't have a Paypal account yet you can just create one during the process. Paypal offers many different payment methods like bank transfer, credit card or debit entry. Please find additional information directly at www.paypal.com.
--> Direct Pick-up
You come (after prior arrangement!) directly to us in Kiel and pick up your ordered items. You will have to pay cash - in this case there are of course no shipping costs.
