Please use this form if you want to send a product back to us. This will give us all the needed information so that the process will be sped up.

	Defect / Warranty	If you received a broken item or an item has a defect within the two year warranty, please choose this option.
	Cancel	If you want to return an item within one month after receipt of your order, please choose this option.
	Exchange	If you want to exchange an item within one month after receipt of your order, please choose this option.
	Wrong item delivered	If we delivered a wrong item, please choose this option.
Order: Identification number:		Please enter your order number and identification number here. You can find these on the first page of your invoice near the invoice number. If you do not have the invoice anymore, please write us an email.
