Shipping to other countrys than Germany

We will be happy about your order from all countries! If you are from a country that's already mentioned on our shipping costs page just order with our normal shop system. If you are from another country please contact us by mail for shipping costs and other questions. We can then also tell you if we can ship to your country.

We do not charge German VAT for deliveries outside the EU. As soon as you have chosen your country in the shopping cart the VAT will be subtracted automatically.

Please notice that there will be a customs fee if your order goes to a country outside the European union. You can find more information about this here.

If you choose prepay:
Please note that your bank may charge fees for bank transfers outside the EU. You will have to pay these fees. If we have to pay a part of these fees, you might have to add them to your order total. Please ask your bank about these fees, as they vary from bank to bank. A note for our Swiss customers: We've got an account at the Postfinance so you don't have to pay additional fees.
